You will need good aerobics shoes, aerobics clothing, and a great aerobics instructor, but the most important part of any Aerobics, is the aerobic flooring.
Most Aerobic rubber flooring rolls is produced in two thicknesses, 3/8″ or 1/2″. You will want a very firm floor that helps eliminate fatigue on the joints. You also want the aerobic floor to be firm enough to maintain balance with or without shoes. Durability, firmness, energy absorption, and custom cuts are the attributives of the best aerobic flooring.
